HeavenMade (“HeavenMade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide when using the HeavenMade mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, when information may be shared with service providers, how long information may be retained, and the choices available to you.
By accessing or using HeavenMade, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The information we collect depends on which HeavenMade features you use.
1.1 Account Information
When you create or use a HeavenMade account, we may collect information such as:
- your name or profile name;
- email address;
- account identifier;
- authentication information;
- sign-in provider, such as email authentication or Google Sign-In;
- account creation date;
- account status; and
- preferences associated with your account.
We do not need access to your password when authentication is handled securely by an authentication provider.
2. CONTENT YOU PROVIDE TO HEAVENMADE
Depending on the features you use, you may choose to provide information or content to HeavenMade.
This may include:
- journal entries;
- prayer requests;
- information entered into the Pray For Me feature;
- messages sent to the Christian Coach;
- conversations with AI-powered features;
- mood-related selections or entries;
- Bible reading activity and progress;
- reading-plan progress;
- saved content;
- prayer activity;
- streak information;
- app preferences;
- feedback;
- support communications; and
- other content you voluntarily submit through the Service.
Some of this information may be personal or sensitive in nature.
You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to provide. We encourage users not to submit information that is unnecessarily sensitive, including passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or other information that is not needed for the feature being used.
3. CHRISTIAN COACH AND AI FEATURES
Certain HeavenMade features use artificial intelligence to provide personalized responses, including features such as:
- Christian Coach; and
- Pray For Me.
When you submit a message, prayer request, question, or other content to one of these features, some or all of that content may be transmitted to and processed by a third-party artificial intelligence provider, such as OpenAI, for the purpose of generating a response.
This means information you enter into an AI-powered feature may leave HeavenMade's own systems temporarily in order for the AI provider to process the request.
We use AI providers to perform functions necessary to provide these features.
Where OpenAI's API services are used, OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the customer explicitly opts into applicable data-sharing programs.
Users should nevertheless avoid entering unnecessary highly sensitive personal information into AI-powered features.
AI-generated responses may also be stored in connection with your HeavenMade account where necessary to provide conversation history, usage tracking, continuity, safety, or other app functionality.
4. AI IS NOT A HUMAN PROFESSIONAL
Although HeavenMade provides Christian-oriented coaching, prayers, encouragement, Bible-related content, and other faith-based material, the Christian Coach is an artificial intelligence feature.
It is not a human pastor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, or other licensed professional.
This Privacy Policy addresses how information used in these features may be handled. Additional limitations regarding reliance on AI-generated content are explained in our Terms of Service and AI Usage Policy.
5. JOURNAL AND PRIVATE USER CONTENT
HeavenMade may allow you to create journal entries, prayer-related entries, saved conversations, and other personal content.
Where these features are associated with your account, the information may be stored in our databases so it can be made available when you return to the Service.
We do not claim ownership over the personal journal entries, prayer requests, messages, or other original content you create solely by submitting them to HeavenMade.
However, limited processing of that information may be necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the features you request.
6. BIBLE READING AND APP ACTIVITY
HeavenMade may collect or store information relating to how you use certain app features, such as:
- Bible reading progress;
- reading plans;
- saved verses;
- feature usage;
- streaks;
- prayer usage;
- Christian Coach usage;
- Pray For Me usage;
- daily usage limits;
- premium-feature eligibility; and
- other app preferences or progress.
We may use this information to provide app functionality, synchronize your progress, enforce applicable usage limits, maintain your account, and improve the user experience.
7. WORLD ENGLISH BIBLE
HeavenMade uses Scripture from the World English Bible (“WEB”), unless another translation is specifically identified.
The World English Bible text is in the public domain.
The name “World English Bible” is a trademark of eBible.org and is used to identify that Bible translation.
HeavenMade does not claim ownership of the World English Bible text or the World English Bible trademark.
Information about Bible-reading activity, such as chapters read, saved verses, reading-plan progress, or related app activity, may be associated with your HeavenMade account when required to provide those features.
8. SUBSCRIPTION AND PURCHASE INFORMATION
HeavenMade may offer paid subscriptions and other purchases through Apple's App Store.
Payments made through Apple's In-App Purchase system are processed by Apple, not directly by HeavenMade.
We generally do not receive your full credit card number or complete payment-card information from Apple.
However, HeavenMade and service providers used to manage subscriptions may receive information about a purchase or subscription, such as:
- subscription status;
- product or plan purchased;
- transaction identifiers;
- purchase date;
- renewal status;
- expiration date;
- free-trial eligibility or status;
- entitlement status;
- cancellation-related subscription status; and
- other information necessary to determine whether you have access to premium features.
HeavenMade may use RevenueCat to help manage subscriptions, purchase entitlements, subscription status, and related purchase information.
Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's own privacy practices and terms.
9. TECHNICAL AND USAGE INFORMATION
When you use HeavenMade, certain technical information may be collected automatically.
This may include:
- device type;
- operating system;
- app version;
- language;
- approximate region derived from technical information;
- timestamps;
- session information;
- feature interactions;
- request counts;
- error information;
- crash information;
- IP address where provided as part of normal network communications;
- authentication events;
- security events; and
- other information necessary to operate and secure the Service.
We may use this information to diagnose technical problems, improve reliability, prevent fraud, enforce usage limits, and protect HeavenMade and its users.
10. FRAUD, SPAM, HEAVY USAGE, AND SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
HeavenMade may collect and analyze certain account, technical, transaction, and usage information to identify:
- automated usage;
- unusual request volumes;
- spam;
- bots;
- attempts to bypass usage limits;
- repeated account creation;
- subscription manipulation;
- abuse of free trials;
- fraudulent payment activity;
- attempts to overload AI or backend systems;
- attempts to exploit vulnerabilities;
- unauthorized scraping;
- attempts to interfere with HeavenMade infrastructure; and
- other suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
This processing helps us protect the security, reliability, availability, and financial sustainability of HeavenMade.
We may retain relevant security records where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected abuse, prevent repeated misuse, enforce our Terms, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Actions that HeavenMade may take in response to confirmed or reasonably suspected abuse are addressed more fully in our Terms of Service.
11. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information collected through HeavenMade to:
- create and maintain accounts;
- authenticate users;
- provide requested app features;
- provide Bible-reading functionality;
- save user progress;
- provide journal functionality;
- generate personalized prayers;
- provide Christian Coach responses;
- maintain conversation history where applicable;
- administer subscriptions;
- determine premium access;
- enforce free and paid usage limits;
- restore purchase access;
- provide customer support;
- respond to questions and reports;
- maintain security;
- investigate suspicious activity;
- prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and exploitation;
- diagnose bugs and technical problems;
- maintain and improve the Service;
- enforce our Terms and policies;
- comply with applicable legal obligations; and
- protect HeavenMade, our users, and others.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
12. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND THIRD PARTIES
We rely on third-party providers to operate portions of HeavenMade.
Depending on the features you use, these providers may include:

HeavenMade may use Supabase for backend infrastructure, authentication, database storage, account information, application data, and related technical services.
### OpenAI
HeavenMade may use OpenAI or another AI provider to process messages and generate responses for AI-powered functionality such as Christian Coach and Pray For Me.
### Apple
Apple may process purchases, subscriptions, App Store transactions, and related account or device services.
### RevenueCat
HeavenMade may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, entitlements, purchase information, and access to paid features.
Where Google Sign-In is available and you choose to use it, Google may process authentication information necessary for you to sign into HeavenMade.
These third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies, terms, security measures, and legal obligations.
We provide service providers access only to information reasonably necessary for the services they perform on our behalf or in connection with the feature you request.
13. WHEN WE MAY DISCLOSE INFORMATION
In addition to disclosures required to operate the Service, we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law;
- respond to valid legal process;
- protect the rights or property of HeavenMade;
- investigate fraud or security incidents;
- enforce our Terms;
- prevent harm to HeavenMade, our users, or others;
- protect the security of our systems; or
- respond to an emergency where disclosure is permitted or required by law.
We may also transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
14. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining account functionality, satisfying legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information.
For example:
- account information may be retained while your account remains active;
- journal entries or saved user content may be retained until you delete the content or your account, subject to technical or legal exceptions;
- AI conversations may be retained where necessary to provide conversation history or other requested functionality;
- subscription records may be retained as needed for purchase verification, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance;
- security and abuse-prevention information may be retained where reasonably necessary to protect the Service; and
- backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion before being overwritten through normal backup processes.
Third-party service providers may maintain information according to their own legally applicable retention requirements and service configurations.
15. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
HeavenMade provides users with a way to initiate deletion of their account from within the app where account creation is supported.
When you request account deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.
Certain information may need to be retained after account deletion for purposes such as:
- fraud prevention;
- security;
- payment or subscription records;
- tax or accounting requirements;
- legal compliance;
- dispute resolution;
- enforcing our agreements; or
- preventing users previously removed for serious abuse from immediately circumventing enforcement measures where permitted by law.
Deleting your HeavenMade account does not necessarily cancel an active Apple subscription.
Apple subscriptions must be managed through Apple's subscription-management system.

16. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights relating to your personal information.
These may include rights to:
- request access to certain personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of eligible personal information;
- withdraw certain consent where applicable; and
- ask questions about how your information is handled.
Some rights may be subject to exceptions provided by applicable law.

17. DATA SECURITY
HeavenMade uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
These measures may include secure authentication systems, access controls, encrypted network communications, database security features, and other safeguards appropriate to the Service.
However, no internet-connected service, database, application, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and should contact us if they believe their account has been compromised.
18. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING
HeavenMade and its third-party service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live.
As a result, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed or stored.
Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information transferred to service providers receives appropriate protection.
19. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
HeavenMade does not knowingly request that children provide personal information in violation of applicable privacy law.
If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances where legally required parental or guardian authorization was not obtained, we may take appropriate steps to delete the information or otherwise comply with applicable law.

20. COMMUNICATIONS
If you contact HeavenMade for customer support, partnership inquiries, privacy requests, bug reports, or other assistance, we may retain the correspondence and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, and improve support.
If HeavenMade later introduces promotional email or similar marketing communications, users will be provided with applicable choices required by law.
Transactional or service-related communications, such as security notices, account notices, or important changes to the Service, may still be sent when necessary.
21. ANALYTICS AND SERVICE IMPROVEMENT
HeavenMade may use aggregated, de-identified, or appropriately limited usage information to understand how the Service performs and to improve features, reliability, safety, and user experience.
Where third-party analytics technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy may be updated to identify their use where required.
HeavenMade does not use this section as permission to collect information that is materially different from the practices described in this Privacy Policy without providing appropriate notice where required.
22. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If HeavenMade is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service to another entity, information associated with HeavenMade may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by law.
Any successor responsible for personal information would be expected to handle that information in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.
23. LEGAL REQUESTS
HeavenMade may preserve or disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to respond to a valid subpoena, court order, government request, or other legal obligation.
We may challenge or limit requests that we believe are invalid or excessively broad where appropriate and legally permitted.
24. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as HeavenMade evolves, our providers change, new features are introduced, or legal requirements change.
When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, account communication, or another reasonable method.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
Your continued use of HeavenMade after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective will be subject to applicable law and the updated policy.
25. OTHER HEAVENMADE POLICIES
Your use of HeavenMade may also be governed by additional policies and agreements, including:
- HeavenMade Terms of Service;
- HeavenMade Subscription Terms;
- HeavenMade AI Usage Policy;
- HeavenMade Community / Acceptable Use Guidelines; and
- HeavenMade Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy.
If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and another HeavenMade policy concerning how personal information is handled, this Privacy Policy will control to the extent applicable to privacy matters.
